What is Niacin?
Niacin is Vitamin B3, a building block of life, a small molecule that plays a role in over 500 reactions in the body. Interfering with any of these reactions will cause disease, and on the other hand, improving and restoring these reactions will be therapeutic. Because Niacin is needed for almost every bodily process and we are all deficient in it, the body robs other vital chemicals or elements (such as serotonin, melatonin, tryptophan, other vitamins, etc.) to produce Niacin in order to function. This, in effect, makes you deficient in all of those elements as well. Restoring Niacin restores the other vital elements that your body needs as well.

Thus restoring Niacin will not only help heal your body, but can have an “anti-aging” effect. There are not enough food sources for Niacin for us to get the necessary amount to reach optimal health and remain healthy, so we need to supplement. In addition, we are also deficient in Lactoferrin, a substance that is present in mother’s milk, as well as bovine milk. Once both the Niacin and Lactoferrin are replenished, your body is allowed to heal itself and replenish all other deficiencies.

Nicotinic Acid vs Other Forms of Niacin
It is very important to understand that you need the precursor form of Niacin (Vitamin B3, Nicotinic Acid) and NO other form of Niacin. It should say Flush or Immediate Release (IR) on the packaging. When you take this form, your body decides what other forms to create to use and heal different areas of your body. Dosing instructions are included a few sections down.
Do NOT use any of the following forms of Niacin:
- Flush Free Niacin
- Nicotinamide
- Niaminicide
- NAD+
- Hexaniacinate
- Any prescription Niacin
